Undertale: No information

After the intro to the game plays and says "Press 2 or enter" one of two things will happen.

1. The intro will just replay or 2. a text box saying No information will come up and I can't do anything else. Had this problem for about an hour now and I can't find anything online about it.

It actually says "Press Z or enter".
It's in such a tiny sized font that makes Z look like a 2.
