I'm doing the pacifist route, is there a way to increase my max HP?

no. you need armor and stuff because you can only get more health via MURDERRRRRR

Nope, but you can get the faded ribbon from the ruins to take less damage from monsters, though you are probably already past that, so get the stained apron from Hotlands, it's basically the same in most aspects, and you can get 4 extra HP per food item along with the 10 defense it gives you.

Sorta.

At the "Snowed Inn" at Snowdin, you can stay for two minutes to increase your max HP to somewhere between 30 and 38 HP (depending on current HP). Normally this would cost 80G, but if you don't have enough, the innkeeper will let you stay for free on the next visit. You're also refunded the 80G, so the cost doesn't really matter much. A similar inn exists at MTT Resort in Hotland, but without the refunds.

Once you enter the True Lab, increasing your max HP is impossible.

You can go into file0 to change max hp and current hp also ur name and lvl also exp so basically just hack the stats

sleeping in the hotel in snowin and mtt resont give you 10 more temporary health, snowdin is better because its free and mtt resort costs 200g
