I still don't understand why Sans is considered too "lazy for anything"? He cares for all, and in some of the endings shows its military side. And Toby said that Sans lazy only for sexual activity, so in effect, he is able to show romantic feeling towards Toriel?

In the game it is not necessary, that's the problem. There is sufficient of a couple of hints that both characters had declared lovers.

Let's not forget, that Sans never show any interest in love.
In some endings, he is FORCED to do things, like fight against a crazy murderer, but, if he have the choice to do nothing, he will do nothing.
