The coffin with the Fallen Child's name on it has a red heart.

Also, the wiki. Also, it's a pretty safe assumption given the snowball game only has flags in seven colors (red, cyan, orange, green, purple, yellow, blue).

In the pacifist ending, you notice there's mummy bandages inside. Near the end of a genocide route, Flowey tells you what happened to Chara's body, that Toriel took it before fleeing to the ruins. There, she buried them at where we presume the flower patch is at the start of the game.
