[UNDERTALE SPOILERS] I need help..

My first time playing undertale I went in blind and started off giving everyone mercy like toriel told me to, but later got frustrated started killing people. So this put on a neutral run. When I got to omegaflowey ,after dying many many times, I killed him bc I was annoyed with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and I thought he was the killer the frog was talking about when I said someday I may not get to use mercy. I finished the game and walked out of the barrier by myself. I got a call from sans and then the game ended. I then found out about how there is pacifist, neutral, and genocide from the Internet. When I reset the game I planned on doing a pacifist. But when I walked to the part where flowey greets you, he wasn't there. I asked someone and they said for the true pacifist ending flowey NEEDS to be there. I looked up how to fully reset the game on YouTube, I tried it and it didn't work. I am really bad about running away from spoilers and I accidentally spoiled a lot of things about it. I found out that flowey is really asriel. I have watched people play a pacifist , so I know I what happens... I also have watched genocide and I know that after genocide if you do pacifist it is altered. I did pacifist for a little bit but then decided just to do genocide since flowey wasn't there I thought I have no shot at the full pacifist ending. I am currently trying to beat sans in his boss battle. Throughout the game flowey stalked me , he told me his story, and he was scared of me, like he is supposed to do in genocide. Since he showed up I had hope. I reset the game only to see toriel greeting me instead of flowey so I exited the game and got back to my save point in the genocide. I know that flowey is supposed to kill asgore and chara is supposed to kill flowey and you sell them your soul. I know I will get an altered ending but I don't care I. WANT. FLOWEY. BACK. PLEASE! If I finish the genocide will flowey be there? Unless you know some way to reset everything to where it's like I never played it. I even deleted everything, downloaded steam again, made a new account, and bought the game AGAIN cuz I was that desperate, but it didn't work. I need flowey back. How do I get him back? I am sending this to multiple people and asking on multiple websites. I don't know why this little video affects me so much but I feel like the scum of the earth for killing people in it. Please help me

You don't need Flowey back, any run can be accomplished even if you killed him.

The frog said you might have to spare someone even if their name isn't yellow. He didn't say anything about not having mercy.

Anyways...

First, you probably didn't fully reset properly. Literally all you have to do is find your Undertale folder in appdata and delete it.

Second, you don't need Flowey to get Pacifist. He's just playing dead. Granted you'll miss out on some dialogue if you don't spare him.

i want him to be there as asriel though. would that still happen? how does the pacifist even end if flowey/asriel doesnt absorb everyones souls and realease them? would he just show up at the end of pacifist and still do that?

Flowey still shows up at the end. What you should realize is you killed him...then reset the game. He's still alive. He's just playing dead at the beginning to mess with you.

As I said earlier though, all you have to do is go to your Undertale save files and delete them.

It's a text document and the ".ini" file can easily be compared to another one to tell you if it's legit.
