[SOLVED??] HELP! (SPOILERS) Killed ALL monsters but Sans won't attack!!!

I'm doing genocide run and TRYING to activate Sans for his fight. I've killed every monster in each biome until it says "But no one came." I made sure I did this BEFORE fighting each boss. BUT SANS WON'T FIGHT ME. This is the third time I've tried genocide run and he dissaperes after saying "You dirty brother killer."
(Saves DID stop giving a murder count halfway through Snowdin on this second run. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???) D':

"[SOLVED??]" Edit: Okay. So, before when a random monster would appear I hit the "flee" button, because this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/Undertale/comments/3qv139/frequently_asked_questions/ said fleeing didn't effect the genocide route (I was trying to reach the specific room in each area where monsters spawn the most before fighting anything. It worked in The Ruins). I stopped hitting "flee" and fought every monster that appeared before me. IT WORKED!!!
-Saves were giving murder counts (all the way through.)
-NPC's had evacuated areas.
-Bosses were acting the way they were suppose to.
-AND I FINALLY HAVE REACHED SAAAAAAANS! I'M SO RELIEVED AND HAPPY!

If you stopped killing when the saves started saying "That Comedian...", you're doing it wrong. Keep going.

if your not level 19 and all saves didn't say determination by the time you reached him your doing something wrong. hope that helps

Did you get the special fight with undyne/mettaton?
If not that mean you are doing it wrong...
try to kill all the monster BEFORE going in snowdin.

If not that mean you are doing it wrong...
try to kill all the monster BEFORE going in snowdin.

What's suppose to happen in Undyne/Mettaton special fight?

What's suppose to happen in Undyne/Mettaton special fight?

Undyne dies and then uses Determination to transfrom into a stronger form.


Mettaton uses his anti-human mode to destroy you with super-hard attacks.
