There is no escape.
Seriously, it's the only tip. Every break acts as save point in battle.
There's six breaks in the fight where the game saves and where you get a chance to heal. Eventually you're bound to beat it.
Congrats.
Good job.
Anyway, for anyone else who's reading this thread, the only real advice against Omega Flowey is basically to get good at dodging. I would recommend playing some bullethell games to practice twitch-dodging and then just brute-forcing against Omega Flowey to practice, but here's the thing about Omega Flowey... while I haven't fought him myself I've seen the fight, and I have never seen a bullethell boss with attacks that come out THAT rapidly. All other bullethell bosses give you at least some breather room between attacks. Practicing in other games won't really help unless you stumbled upon an Omega Flowey Danmakufu script or managed to find a replica of him in Fraxy, and I doubt either exist (though I may try making the latter just so that people have something to practice against).
So, with that said, your only option is to just keep at it. I know it's a cliche meme around here, but you must be filled with DETERMINATION to win.
