Here is the standard way of removing genocide.This will delete any recollection of the game knowing you did genocide. Proceed through it and reload the game after deletion of these files

Delete 962 and 963 or anything else inside.

That's because it exists on your machine. Did you even attempt To look for those files in that folder?
Note: If you have another saves - they WILL NOT work until you have 962 / 963 and connection to steam. I just prefer steam version because I cant play this game for free - it is too good.
