How to get Lv19 in a Neutral Run?

In this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QwRs_elUfI , the guy is fighting Asgore at lv19 and then he gets the Alphys ending; in order to do this, one must do a Genocide Run and then abort it by killing Mettaton Neo without the Hotlands/ Core kill counter exhausted, this way not getting lv19 with 5000 Exp and not fighting Sans. But how did he get lv19? When I kill Mettaton Neo with just 1 enemy left in Hotlands and Core I can only achieve lv17, not even 18. Which enemies do I need to kill exactly to get lv19 in an Aborted Genocide Run/ Neutral Run?

I guess only kill Knight Knights and Madjicks, and flee all other monsters.

I don't think that's enough. Though I'm pretty sure you need to fight Glyde in Snowdin. But there is only one right? You can't fight infinite ones can you?

Glyde is a secret miniboss so yeah, you can fight him only once.

It is strange because in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axZ1r_duW0w he was lv13 when fighting Neo but in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QwRs_elUfI he's lv19 and in the description of the latter he says "I got this ending, killing all the bosses, most of the common enemies, and screwing a bit in the Mettaton NEO fight (you can see what I did in my channel)." It's impossible Neo would level him up from 13 to 19, except for the case he was on a Genocide run which he was not because you can see it by what Neo says after you strike him

You can get more than one Glyde i tested it myself.

Did you do that on a Genocide Run? And if so, what level were you when you fought Undyne the Undying?
