How to find the Sound Test?

I heard there's some secret sound test thing in Undertale, but whenever I type in the room code in my file0 the Error Dog appears. Is there something I have to do for the Fun or whatever? Can someone explain?

Sound test room requires a "fun" value of 65. Change the appropriate value in file0 and in undertale.ini. If you're using Version 1.00, you'll need to capitalize the word "fun" in the undertale.ini document. If it's Version 1.001, don't capitalize it.

There's a 50% chance that the Sound Test room will replace the Fishing Rod room, so if it doesn't appear, you'll need to close the game and manually change the "fun" value to 65 to try again.

How do I check my version? I'm not quite sure if it's 1.00 or 1.001.

How do I check my version? I'm not quite sure if it's 1.00 or 1.001.
