Is there any difference between the True/Neutral Pacifist Routes?

So I've been on the path to the True Pacifist Ending, but I just found out that it's impossible to get True Pacifist on your first run and I'll only get the Neutral Pacifist Ending, which is kind of disappointing because I wanted my 1st and 2nd playthrough to be different for the sake of variety, and now I'm worried that my 2nd playthrough will be dull if the True Pacifist Route is mostly the same as Neutral Pacifist because it will essentially be me just playing the game the exact same way a 2nd time with the only difference being the ending.

So is there any difference between the two routes? Any alternate scenarios which only play out during the True Pacifist Route as opposed to the Neutral Pacifist Route?

If you get the Neutral Pacifist ending and you gave a fish lady a cup of water, then you should be able to load your save after the neutral ending to do the True Pacifist content.
