W.D Gaster Theory (SPOILERS)

So , for all undertale fans that doesn't know who W.D Gaster is , he is the "creepypasta" of this game . He was the first royal scientist that then dissappeared . His full name is "Wing ding Gaster" , just do some simple research and you will know why .
So this is a theory of : Gaster being Sans and Papyrus dad and some "lore" in general .
So let's start with the lore : We all know that W.D Gaster sprite has 2 cracks on his head , and it looks that it's almost melting when you look at it . Let's get things going : So one of his followers says that he invented the core , another sayed that something wrent wrong on something in his experiments . So let's assume he is a amalgamate , and as we know , the determination can let you reset and save the game . But we know just 3 CHARActers that can do that : Chara/Frisk , Flowey and Sans . We know that Flowey and Chara/Frisk have a big , VERY big ammount of determination , now here is my speculation : As we know in Sans garage there is a "time machine " , maybe it's not a time machine , but let's assume that . Now counting that Gaster is Sans and Papyrus dad they could have maked this : Sans builded the machine , but Gaster wanted to use it too , so Gaster theached Sans to use the Gaster Blasters , and Sans let Gaster use his time machine . Because of that he knows chara , because he goes in all timelines , everyone knows that Sans knows to fight , Let's say Gaster is even better at figthing : 2 Sans and 1 Gaster CAN capture a human . EVEN if has L.O.V.E 19 . So because Gaster wants determination to make everyone happy OR go back before the war started , so he could make everyone happy , Gaster jumps into the pacifist timeline and , after Frisk defeats Omega Flowey he get's his skull , and so he creates the D.T.T Extraction machine . He extracts the determination out of Chara and Gaster injects himself with determination . But something wrent wrong . Now this theory could be busted because another follower says that he is listening . Now it's just like Flowey , he is looking , he knows . Now i have a theory that would make this theory true . Muffet says that someone payed a LOT of money for your soul . Why does Gaster want another soul ? Easy : He resets the timeline and this time he will make his experiment go good .
Also Muffet says that he see him changing form , that is what a amalgamate does . Just like Lemon bread , out of the fight he looks like a human , but in the fight he is , well , what it is . So this was my theory , do you guys have some theorys ? Post in the comments right below

Also, whenever someone tries to use his "appearance" as evidence, it immediately ruins the theory. There's zero evidence to the Mystery Man sprite being connected to W.D. Gaster in any way, we don't know what he looks like.

Like he says, W.D Gaster isn't mentioned directly at all through-out the game. The "Mystery man" model could just be as much relevance to the story of underale as Jerry or nice cream guy.
W.D gaster, could be for all we know, could be Tobdog in disguise.
and Mystery man could just be a random civilian.
