Hi I'm Italian and I have a little sister that wanted play this game because I always talk about it and so I had to play with her and translate every single part. JEZZ. SO HARD. AND ANNOYING.
And the puns? I totally don't know how can I make her understand those! I CAN'T.

We stop at Undyne parts now, she want continue so badly but I'm like: No pls, I cant take it more of translate Q__Q how can she entirely love undertale if she can't understand the weird part of it? it really ruin the game...

I think he just doesn't have experience with translating, or maybe he's not able to for some reason. I don't know how Game Maker works.

I want to say that Toby did not expect Undertale to become Internationally famous 'cause when you get down to it, Undertale's a glorified RPG maker game, so he didn't plan on making it accessible with multiple languages. Not to mention it's -really- difficult to have a game in multiple languages (especially for indie devs) as translations aren't always correct. Even some AAA titles are susceptible to have a line messed up due to language barriers.

The one who need to be patience is my little sister not me and you know how kids are, they can't be.
And I guess that a sister who translate an entire game word for word meanwhile you play the game is one of the most patience things ever... I'm just tired

I know how hard is make a game with variuos laguages and I know how Toby didn't expect to be so popular.

But this post that I create it was for understand if someone in this world translate this. If there where somewhere a patch or... I don't know.
