I see that Sans hands remained in his pockets. But many see it as a hint that their hands would together.

Sans always keeps his hands in his pockets (maybe behind his back?) and really only takes them out during his Genocide attacks and when he shrugs. He is also wearing mittens.
But no, he never holds hands with Toriel in any of the endings.
