Genocide Run : And what happens if we don't erase the world ?

In a single day. While I was playing Undertale in the genocide run I reached the end, and chara asked me: RESET OR DO NOT . I press ''Do not''. [...] After my Undertale crashed and when i tryed to play it , everything was black and didn't happened anything and now I CAN'T PLAY UNDERTALE , what should I do ? Help ;-;
