In Snowdin Town, there is a puzzle that has spikes next to it and has snow on it. How do I solve this puzzle?

Change all of the X to O By stepping on them, you cant step on then twice

Just know this puzzle is after the spaghetti.

go up and right from the snow and stand on that grey patch, then interact and you'll get the choice to flip a switch, do that and the spikes will lower.
