I didn't date Alphys or Undyne before we set her house on fire. Is there still a way to get the pacifist ending?

There's no option to date Undyne "before" you set her house on fire; her house being set on fire is a direct result of the date. If her house is on fire, you dated her.

undyne date = burning her house down
it's called a date a lot, but it is your hang out session. but due to the fact that you can flirt with undyne (point the spear at her when you're choosing your drink) i consider it a date.
