Option 2 (not recommended)-Buy one of the 9999G sdpider items to skip the fight.
Option 3-git gud :D
Of course Option 3 is the correct choice, but not very helpful on it's own. So here's the appropriate info for Option 3.
You must survive until she completes her third pet summon (about 17 turns).
A spider holds a sign saying which attack Muffet will use next. Use this to decide if you need to pay or use a healing item that turn (or if you don't need to do such).
Paying her lowers Muffets damage for that turn, so use that on turns she will do things that you have a bad time dealing with. However, using PAY will make all later PAY cost more for this fight. For me the hardest art is the pet, but other people might have issues with the double spider.
Struggle wastes your turn but struggle enough (3 times IIRC) will reduce the cost of your next Pay. Save that until Pay gets a bit expensive.
Practice, practice, practice.
