Will Deleting And Reinstalling The Game After Genocide Let Me Complete True Pacifist Again?

I've just completed a genocide run and deleted my save data as well as uninstalling the game. I heard from my friend that this will allow me to complete true pacifist again without any "consequences", but I'm quite skeptical. Help?

This is what I meant by I was skeptical. I don't know whether the Steam Cloud will have saved the data and prevent me from doing true pacifist again or not, which is why I posted the thread. Thanks for trying to help though :3

If you do Genocide, there is no going back. No deleting, reinstalling and deals with your devil will clean your sins.

There is a way to reverse your soul deal, but I don't remember the exact files

Pretty sure the game itself is coded to sync with your Steam Cloud upon the initiation of the consequences. So even with Cloud set to off, it would still upload/download the consequences as the on/off just covers when Steam initiates the Cloud stuff, IIRC.

Not if you have Cloud Saves enabled.

But there are other methods of reversing the consequences.

Find you Localappdata folder, go to UNDERTALE, then delete the two files with system_information in their name and you're done
