I beat the game with a neutral and a true pacifist....does this will all count?

Disclaimer: my random encounters are very slow. During the first part (before Snowdin) I barely met monsters, if not with huge luck.

Yes. You have messed up. You need to kill all monsters BEFORE fighting an area boss.

Oh, and slow encounters are normal. Did you think that monsters will just wait for you to kill them?

I killed Toriel after destroying all enemies.

And the game didn't even told me. Wow.

Yes, you messed up, I did the same thing but it doesn't take that long to restart genocide run so just try it again.

try the area right before fighting mettaton thats a good place to farm kills
