sans: 28
PAPYRUS: 18-19

I'd say Sans is late teens, early 20s. My age thoughts on all of the characters differ to what most people think, especially since I don't think that Frisk is a child. And seeing as monsters don't age until they have children, Sans won't be that old.

The best answer I have is that since Sans' font is 26 years old, he's 26. It'd match up since he's older than Papyrus, and younger than Toriel, and following the same logic, Papyrus would be 21, which would be younger than Sans. I've got nothing for determining Toriel's age, though. I also think that the fact that the player is as tall as Sans is pretty concerning in terms of age, which makes me think he's probably way older, but I have nothing to really back up on that.
