Dont give undyne a heat stroke

i poured out all the water in front of undyne during her battle, and she caught a heat stroke ( told by papyrus)
this was on a pacifist run,
now i am stuck in an infinite loop of asgore battles, without toriel showing up

Yeah, you'll actually have to RESET and do another playthrough in order to get True Pacifist. However, since I assume you already beat Photoshop Flowey, you can bactrack once the elevator to New Home opens and get the requirements for True Pacifist without having to fight Asgore.

Nah, Flowey will only fight you once. After that, he just sends you to the neutral ending.

i forgot to state tough, the only option is actually resetting, since undyne can't give you the letter for alphys, wich in turn disables the option to go to the true lab

Well you would still be in a loop like this even if you did everything right for Pacifist, as one of the sidequests needed is locked off until you get the neutral ending once. But, you could then reload your SAVE and backtrack in order to get it afterwards.

However, since you killed Undyne you can't befirend her. Which means you're locked out of True Pacifist for this run, unfortunately.

She dies of the heat stroke. It's never stated explicitly, but . . . yeah.

Doesn't the ending that you get if Undyne got heat stroke say that Undyne is still alive?

Ok, looked more into it. She doesn't actually die from the heat stroke, she just becomes unavailable for the rest of the game.
