Can I get TRUE pacifist ending?

Well I never killed anything, I went to Asgore we talked but then I said I have something to do. I went to the core but then....I didn't get a phone call I also befriended Undyne and Papyrus...Can Anyone HELP

You probably did something wrong. After sans judged me in the judgement hall I just backtracked to the bridge that connects the MTT Resort and the Core and got the phone call from Undyne.

Try fighting Asgore, get the neutral ending, and then go back to the area right before you enter the Core and see if you get a call. If that doesn't happen, you have to go back to Snowdin, talk to Undyne, get her letter, go to the Lab, give it to Alphys, complete the date with her, and then go back to the Lab and you can now access the True Lab Once you complete it you will be in new home and the elevator will be covered in vines. This means you can now get the True Pacifist ending.

Since you talked to Asgore before doing the date your True Pacifist ending is ruined. You have to do it again.

If this is your first run, you'll have to fight Asgore and get the Neutral Ending first, but when the game restarts after the ending you can "Continue". You should then be able to get the phone call if you go back to the resort.

No, that won't ruin getting pacifist. The reason you got the phone call after talking to Sans was probably because you had previously done a neutral run and reset to do THAT run. You can actually get the call once the elevator to New Home opens after fighting Mettaton EX.

The only things that will ruin getting true pacifist, and force a second playthrough are:

Killing ANY monster, including bosses.

Not giving Undyne the glass of water after her boss battle.

You HAVE to get the nuetral ending first, then you could go back to a SAVE (that's what me and my bro did) OR replay the game. I wish I had replayed, I miss the characters ;-;

Actually, there should be four monsters you can "kill" without ruining/requiring a restart
