How Do I Fix the Game after Genocide Run? (Spoiler)

I don't have UnderTale on my account,So I play my Cousin's account for undertale,since he already completed "True Pacifist" and thought it was the only ending after Neutral End.

So anyway,I killed Sans (Which was 44 tries,I counted them up) and killed the others.And I met Chara,which I was curious,VERY Curious and she gave me options of ending the world,and I got so nervous on picking it (I thought maybe if I picked the option where I ended the world,It would erase my data) and so I picked "DO NOT" and crashed my game.Now everytime I open up "UnderTale",It shows the title,and the screen goes black,Which really "Bugs" me out.
And now I think I couldn't fix it,So I need some help,please.

If it's just a black box with wind playing in the background, wait 10 minutes.
I always keep forgetting to add: You have to wait in-game. Some people don't know this.

in order to compleltly reset the genocide route.

I have tried deleting this file, but I still get dropped at the black screen. What do I do?

Try deleting after you sell your soul to Chara, as one of the files causes the screen to go black. While the other causes the bad pacafist ending. Also turn off steam cloud when doing it, and double check before going to the end of the pacafist as steam may attempt to bring the files back, though it didn't for me.

Just so you know.... You should have simply closed the game when she gave you that option. She would destroy it regardless of what you said.

Now your True Pacifist is ruined.
