Omega Flowey boss

i got undertale,wanted to do pacifist,didnt kill or hurt anyone,and now i have to fight omega flowey,i wanna reset,but idk how,when i start the game,flowey talks to me,i dont wanna fight him at all,any tips or someone to save me?

Actually, YOU just did.

The game explains that Asgore and Toriel are a special type of monster known as boss monsters. Asriel is their son, which by way of basic genetics makes him a boss monster, and a boy. That's all he said.
