Where do I find real knife?

Real knife only appears in Genocide, in New Home. It's in the same room as the Heart shaped locket (which is just The Locket in Genocide) in one of the present boxes.

As has been said, you have to really go off the deep end to find it.

Not that it will do you any good by the time you get it...

It's useless though, unless you cheat it in earlier in the game via file editing.
