I want to start a new game on Undertale

I want to start a new game on Undertale, but I don't know how to do that. Can you help me?

I did that, but it just keeps the name. I want to restart it completely. No name, no save file. When I bought the game, it became a desktop app. I have tried deleting the game, but it never worked.

Go into the search box on windows and write %appdata% and than go back once and to Local there you will find Undertale and delete all that and it will be fully reseted
