How do I stop the Dance of Dog Screen?
So, I go to play the game, I open it up, click continue, and the Annoying Dog screen shows up. I tried reinstalling the game, but it wouldn't work. Please, I need to know how to fix this! I'm close to finishing the Pacifist ending, and I wanna finish it SO BAD!

I can't just lose my precious save...

It means your SAVE file is corrupted.
Sorry, but you have to reset.

Dang it, but was so close to getting the Pacifist ending :(

Isn't there another way?

Try setting your location value to a valid value or just don't hack your file if you did so.

What are the value numbers/letters that I need to set it to?

You could always use a save file editor (I like this one the best: http://crumblingstatue.github.io/FloweysTimeMachine/) and set your location to somewhere that makes more sense.

Seems cool, but I dunno how to use it. Any help?

Tried that, but I'm using all my Steam games on a flash drive. I can't find the folder. I've found the one with all the sounds and etc., but not the one I need.

Same, I admit that I did hack into my file, and I'm on Genocide run right at Sans' fight (so don't blame me for wanting more health xD). But now I just get the annoying dog screen, even after I set all my numbers back to normal. Please help, someone.

You probably have both system_information_962 and system_information_963 present in C:\users\youruserhere\appdata\local\UNDERTALE\. This can happen as it did when i used GMR's save editor for undertale, (it makes flowey's time machine look bad) when you go to the path as instructed as a few lines above and visit it in file explorer or whatever you have to edit files and view them, delete both of them. BUT DO NOT BE AFRAID. it will get rid of it.

UNDERTALE has a very complicated save system within Your data folder. within file0 it has numbers unexplainable, on the 46th line of it it has your fun value which you can edit and then file9 has well, i have no freakin idea what is really in it. But anyways if both files on the top line are present then you did a post-genocide run before your game got corrupted. Again, Delete these files unless you wanna have a bad time. Also, you cannot physically run a computer off of a flash drive, (Sure you could use an iso file) but that is a completley different story, you have to have atleast a C:\ Drive for your computer to function properly.
