Does The Locket actually help with the Sans fight?

I'm using the Stained Apron since it makes consumables heal 4 more HP, but I'm taking alot of damage. Does The Locket actually help? I'm guessing no since it reduces the amount of damage done, and Sans only does 1 damage, but I'd like to know for sure.

Yes. It has a higher defence then the apron. If you want 4 more HP when you heal, get the pan. This is coming from someone that just finished their tenth Genocide run.

You can't get the Stained Apron on the Genocide Route, so I assume you mean the Burnt Pan which is the item that has that effect.

The Burnt Pan is the only somewhat useful weapon because of its effect.
It does not matter what armor you use against Sans as it will have no effect.

You're forgetting that sans only does 1 damage. You could be wearing nothing. He only does 1 damage no matter what you wear. He only does as much damage as he does because you have no invince frames.
