What happens after Omega Flowey is defeated?
OK, so I beat Omega Flowey and got the Sans phone call. It rolled the credits, but now I'm stuck in a loop where I have to continually kill Asgore after reloading a save. I really need help, as I wish I could finish the game from after killing Omega Flowey. I don't know if I did something wrong on he way, like sparing Flowey, but I don't know if my game is faulty or what, but I would like some assistance in this dilema of mine. Thanks if you can help :) .

You've only satisfied Neutral. Not True Pacifism or Genocide.

You stated your answer in the question. You don't keep reloading your old save. Once you get the Sans phone call and go back to the menu, that's it. To play again you need to reset

Well you beat the game; you got one of the endings. Whether you reset or not depends on what ending you want now and what you have already done on your current run.

How many kills do you have? It should note the number on your stats. If it is zero, go back to the Hotel. If it is anywhere above zero, well. You've done all you can in this playthrough.

Sparing Flowey would have given you hints towards what to do next for a better ending. However, killing him DOES NOT disable the better ending. It just removes the ingame hints towards it. Doing all the steps allows you to get said ending this run, even if you killed Asgore and/or Flowey
The hints would include

1]Quoting part of the intro to Toriel's boss fight, Flowey challenges you to beat the game without killing anyone.
2]Maybe you should be better friends with certain monsters. There's three in particular.

If you want this ending you MIGHT be able to backtrack and sidequest if certain conditions are met. If these conditions were not met, you'll need to pick restart and redo the game all the way back at the Ruins.
1]ZERO EXP
2]You gave Undyne the water in Hotlands

You need to be friends with Undyne first. Things will sort themselves out from there.

Can you get true pacifist by fleeing monsters or you need to spare them?

Anything works as long as you don't kill anyone. Talk the enemies out of it, or just make for the hills. You can even use the Fight option to play as a "technical pacifist", beating the snot out of enemies until they're willing to accept your mercy, though it's generally slower for LV1 players, plus even a lovetap can end up being a killing blow.

Well it depends. If you killed anyone by using the FIGHT command (besides Flowey or Asgore), or didn't give Undyne the glass of water after her boss fight then you can't get True Pacifist and need to reset. You can check if you killed anyone via your stats, if your LV is greater than 1 or your EXP is greater than 0, that means you killed someone.

If you didn't kill anyone and gave the water to Undyne, then you need to backtrack and follow a chain of sidequests involving Papyrus, Undyne, and Alphys.
I am, by the way doing pacifist.
:3 frgt 2 mention that

Head down to the resturant/ Inn in the Hotlands, down that path before the core. You should get a phone call from Undyne telling you to meet them at Snowdin.
