What happens after Genocide? [CONTAINS SPOILER]

I have finally finished the genoicide run, killed sans, assgore and flowey after that. Now frisk or the guy that you are playing, is talking to you and no matter what you chose, you get killed by him. i have chosesn ''EARSE IT'' and he killed me and so on game crashed. as i wanted to Restart the game, only a blackscreen and some strange background noises appeared. i have tryed out all of the keys in the game that are required to play, but nothing happens, i also heaven't found any help aboud this in the internet. What shall i do? can anybody help me out please?

What happened after genocide? You reset

First of all, it doesn't matter if you choose "Erase" or "Do not." It always results in a black screen. Just wait for about 10 minutes and Chara, the one who killed you at the very end, will return, and will start taking to you again. Say you are above consequences and give them your SOUL. Then the game will reset entirely. However, both the True Pacifist and Genocide endings will be changed. I'll let your curiosity wander with that one. ;)

Also, don't feel bad about killing everyone. It's just a video game. I've done four Genocide routes so far because I find the Sans fight to be fun (mostly because of how hard it is). I'm not evil. I'm just a completionist. :/
