How to have multiple save files?
I want to have a save file for each boss, because I really liked fighting them and one save file just to play the game. How can I do this? Is it even possible?

You can swap out save files from each boss and put them in a folder or something

Can't help you with this but have you checked out Sans Simulator. Just google it. Awesome way to practice sans or just revisit the fight.

Actually it is possible without downloading saves online.

1. Create a new folder on your Desktop labled "Undertale Saves".

2. Create a folder for each boss you wish to replay. . . . sample name "Pacifist_Undyne".

3. Start Undertale and play up to the save point before the next boss you wish to keep a save of, and save your game.

4. Type %appdata% on your destop searchbar and select "Roaming".

5. Select the tab that says "appdata" at the top of the window, then choose "local".

6. Find the file named "UNDERTALE" in all caps, and open it.

7. Copy all the files in this folder and paste them into the corresponding boss folder you created in step 2.

8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 until you have a save folder for each boss.

9. Either delete or create a new folder to hold your current save file.

10. Copy and paste the save files from whichever boss you wish to fight into the UNDERTALE folder in local appdata, and move them back to their created folder once you are finished.

11. Fight the bosses and DON'T SAVE or you'll lose the save state for the boss.

Someone already made a giant compilation of save files from every point in the game.

Store your own save files somewhere safe, then swap between files when needed.

Having multiple save files isnt possible. but if you use a website, you can download the save files for each boss, and then when you want to fight that boss you can put them in the Undertale game files, and keep changing them out which is what i do.

This is great, but I when I go to the "Roaming" folder, I can't find "local" or "appdata". Where is it?

Click Appdata when you're in the roaming folder on the top
