How to show mercy to Toriel. (WARNING SPOILER)
I just bought this game and when i got to the part to battling Toriel i didnt think she would die so i kicked her ass. Then i found out she does and in guilt i quit and did my last save and did the whole thing over thinking i could give mercy to Toriel without kiling her but i need a few hints on what to do.:beatmeat:

One of the froggit's gave you a hint earlier stating you may have to use the SPARE option even if the target's name isn't yellow.

Yeah iv'e tried sparing but apparently Toriel doesnt care.
