Go to the room with the deer with all the Christmas decorations on it and go to the left, then up. There will be another room with a door. Walk around in that room for three minutes until Glyde attacks.

With my experience once you reach LV 8 it takes Glyde so long to appear that it is no longer worth it.

Another leveling technique is to try and grind Loox in the Ruins. "Pick On" them 3 times before killing them, and you'll receive 22 XP.
