I have to keep fighting ASGORE?

I honestly don't know why I have to keep fighting him
I have to fight him 3 times
Also,when I get the call from Sans and Papyrus,Papyrus says that Undyne really hates me.
And I'm not getting the call from Undyne between the CORE and the MTT place
Is anyone else having this problem?

Sounds like you didn't give the water to Undyne. Did you do anything after you ran from her?

Then it sounds like you didn't do the hangout with her. If you've befriended Papyrus and haven't killed anyone, head to her house in Waterfall and do that.

I did try to hit mad dummy,I don't think that would do anything though.
And I have no EXP.

Hitting enemies doesn't have an effect. Killing them is all that matters.

If you've done the hangout with her then the only reason she should hate you during the ending is if you killed something at some point afterwards (killing Asgore or Flowey wont affect this though). But you say you haven't killed anything, so I'm not sure.

When you call Papyrus, is Undyne there as well?

Did you do the Undyne hangout after you got the "Undyne hates you" ending?
Edit: If you have 0 EXP in the Stats screen, you're friends with Undyne, and you can't get the letter from Undyne by talking to her in Snowdin, then that sounds like a bug.

But when Flowey kills Asgore when I spare him,I get the call from Papyrus saying that Undyne hates me.
I might have to do a true reset?

Firstly, you can't do a true reset until after you've gotten the true pacifist ending (a regular reset should still work just fine for this though)
Secondly, if you've done the hangout, haven't killed anyone, and Undyne still hates you in the ending then I'm not sure what's going on. I'd hold off on resetting for a little longer though (unless the idea of resetting doesn't bother you that much) just in case someone else on the forums remembers/knows something I don't about this (It wouldn't be the first time I've forgotten something).

If you've befriended Undyne, killed Omega Flowey on one of you're previous playthroughs (doesn't have to be the current), and at least gotten past the Mettaton EX fight on your current playthrough, then Undyne should phone you one the bridge between the Core and MTT Resort.
But it sounds like that isn't happening. So once again, I'm not sure what's going on. I can only imagine that you either killed someone and didn't realize it (though you should have some EXP if that was the case) or the game is glitched.
