Gonna add some friendly artist advice; use reference pictures! You can even look at other people's fanart and figure out how it works! Also, try to split everything down into simple shapes like circles and add detail as you go along. Just nice advice when it comes to drawing in general.

try tracing it on your screen and just keep doing it until it becomes natural. Even better use pneumonic devices like sans' nose is his soul facing a wrong direction (something like that)
It will take quite a fair amount of effort and you will have to put some "backbone" into it but just get in a pattern of doing things in a set order and find whats easiest to draw first then place everything relative to it
