Is it possible to get love thirteen for undyne the undying

So resently I've been trying to get as high lv as I can for genocide. Got to lv 6 before Toriel in ruins and lv 11 in snowdin (Papyrus gave me no lv up). I'm wondering if it's possible to got the lv 13 by undyne the undying without cheating. Used glyde farming and loox picking so far in this playthough. And before you complain that I should use real skill to beat her this is mostly for fun and I can beat her a lv 10.

Last time I checked, you can only get to LV10 before Undyne. No more, no less.

max lvl is 20 i think and every area haves a limit to enemys to fight

If you go into the glyde spawning area and farm them then you can get lv 11 in snowdin and even higher in waterfall. I does take a while though.

yea but i wonder if you cheat would you be able to beat undyne (genocide version) with one hit or with she still be undyne the undying

You can get to LV 11, if you know how to manage your EXP by selectively killing and sparing monsters. I don't think you can get higher than that unless you're using the pre-update version of the game.
