Undertale genocide how to get level 11 before undying fight

Well title says it how do I get that extra level it would help me last longer with level 10 I can usually get undye down to half health before dying if I had that extra level I could possibly kill her.....

Right now in ruins (I restarted since last run I gave up and did a no mercy run instead) I am just finished killing everyone just got toriel left level 3 right now I should be level 5 before leaving ruins or am I doing something wrong.

Pick On Looxes 3 times in the Ruins before killing them, kill Glydes in Snowdin, and spare Moldsmals in Waterfall. (Actually, that'll probably get you to LV 12 before Undyne the Undying)

Well, Looxes (picked on 3 times) only give 22 EXP each, while Glydes give 100 EXP and monsters in Waterfall (other than Moldsmals) give about 40-50 EXP each.
So it probably doesn't matter much that you're fighting Toriel at LV 3

Well, Looxes (picked on 3 times) only give 22 EXP each, while Glydes give 100 EXP and monsters in Waterfall (other than Moldsmals) give about 40-50 EXP each.
So it probably doesn't matter much that you're fighting Toriel at LV 3

I know but can I still get to level 12 if I contiune I dont want to get to undyee at level 10 if I can gain extra 2 levels it should give me edge to kill her.

You can still grind a few Glydes in Snowdin by leaving and re-entering the cave with the secret door. It takes a while for him to spawn, though. 3 - 5 is usually enough to get to LV 11 by Undyne.

Kill Snowdrake and all the dog minibosses, you can spare anyone else until you get enough EXP from Glyde grinding. Then kill how ever many you need to meet the quota.

In Waterfall, you MUST kill Shyren and Mad Dummy, as they need to be dead to maintain the genocide requisites.
For grinding purposes, ONLY kill Aaron and/or Woshua, SPARE everyone else (excluding those previously listed of course).

Also make sure to get the 3 snowmanpieces, a few cinnamon bunnies, and the Abandoned Quiche.

LV 9 after Toriel? I don't think that's even possible in V1.001. (Although in V1.00, it was theoretically possible to pick on Looxes as many times as you wanted before killing them for as much EXP as you wanted)

In V1.001, it's impossible to be LV 9 after Toriel. The first Froggit gives 10 EXP, each Loox can give 22 EXP at most, you can kill up to 21 Loox in the Ruins (if the last Loox is a double encounter), and Toriel gives 150 EXP, adding up to 622 EXP. It takes 800 EXP to reach LV 9.

You're playing V1.00. You can theoretically be LV 20 before Toriel in that version.

You can get to LV 13 before Undyne (maybe even higher LV? I don't know)
If you only kill Loox in the Ruins (and pick on them a lot), then you could theoretically reach any LV before Toriel in V1.00.
