Date with Alphys help

I'm doing my 3rd playthrough and 2nd pacifist run. I've done the date with papyrus and made firends with Undyne, but I can't tigger the date with Alphys. I need help

If you did a True Reset just before that playthrough, you'll have to fight Asgore and Flowey and stuff

Have you beaten the game already? If so then just merely exit the CORE and you should get a call from Undyne calling you to Snowdin. You're welcome.

One of the requirements for the Alphys date is defeating Asgore and Flowey.

fight asgore completely once, and then go back and i can say what i did:
I played the second game pacifist and when i went to asgore i went back to snowdin, dated papyrus, then hungout with undyene, then because i did everything, she handed me the letter at the end of our hangout and then i went to the lab and literally everything else fell in place

after you fight asgore once, and give him mercy, you fight flowey. in that fight, me personally, i spared him at the end, and then it set up my new save for me
