When did Frisk fall to the Underground?

How do you think, how much time have it been between Chara's and Frisk's fallings?

We know that Chara falls in 201X.
We know that Papyrus' nickname is "COOLSKELETON95". "95" is probably a reference to his birth's year.
Papyrus looks about 20 year old as I see it. Or something like that.
Papyrus has never seen a human. Neither Undyne did.
Could Papyrus born in 1995? Then he would be about 20 in 201X (let it be 2015, the year when the game was released), when Chara fell.
But everybody in the Underground seemed to see or at least know the children who lived in the royal family. Chara gave the Underground hope and stuff.
Could Papyrus born in 2095? So Frisk would be from far future, wouldn't they?

Well I think Chara fell in our present, and MANY years later, the game we know starts. I already thought that, in the game, they were on the future, because of things of when Chara falls (like their clothes and the camera, meaning Chara was in our present) and because in the game, they have high technology even though they say that the only reason they have it is because of the human junk that falls down there. Plus, at the end of True Pacifist, I think that the city on the horizon looks futuristic.

I like what you said about 2095... or 2195, or 2295, and so on. They could even be in the year 3015 in the game (meaning that Papyrus would have been born the year 2995 and he's 20 years old like you said), because the only time they talk about "201X" is in the intro (and in Toriel's house there's a calendar of 201X, but that doesn't mean that the game takes place at that time).

So yeah, I still think they're in the future.
