Hey Toby, is it alright if I use sans, papyrus, omega flowey, and the song megalovania in my game I'm making called "A Hundred Nights With A Thousand Nightmares" I got a something good for those undertale fans, my game is inspired by Five Nights At Freddy's, (not a fan game), I would like to know if I have permission to use your stuff, you can forget about it now, I'm cancelling it because it's not as popular anymore and I'm not a fan at all but I was going to put it in so that fans would not ask a million times for it, but since that's unlikely I'm going to cancel that bit
UPDATE: I've decided to cancel this little noncannon battle, so Toby, I don't need permission anymore, I'm not doing this bit anymore

While Toby Fox is most likly totally fine with it, as long as you don't make money off of it.... just... No. FNAF and Undertale mix like Nukes and polotics. It causes mass desruction.

He would never allow you to do that, if you used his music, and characters. Good luck with the copyright laws you have to sign.

You can't make a game that's just a bunch of characters from other games and then sell it, you WILL get sued. Especially if you use something from a larger company like Nintendo.

Steam might not even let you release something like that.

Like the others have said, Toby may be lax with people using his content for fan games, but I highly doubt he'd allow you to use a song from a game that's only a year old, let alone any of the characters for profit.As far as Scott's willingness goes, I'm pretty sure he's gonna react similarly to Toby.Also, you shouldn't be asking permission here, because it's unethical to be using the forums for allowing someone to use an asset from a game/movie.
