Whats the best way to make experience in Undertale

Well its simple. First in the Ruins.You have to kill Froggit and Training Dummy. Now go to where Loox and Vegetoid Spawn. Always flee from things that arent Loox or Vegetoid. Now grab your Toy Knife. Go kill Tori. Then Flowey says his crap and then you meet me! Sans. Now that you have the Tough Glove kill Lesser Dog and Snowdrake. this effects if you get TRUE GENOCIDE. Same thing. Flee from everything until you beat Papyrus's Ice Puzzle. Now go to the area where I am in 2 places at once. That's where Gytrfot spawns. Kill all of them. Now you see Papy and I. Before you go into Snowdin talk to me. I do some weird crap with my eyes and teleport away. Do what you want in Snowdin Town and Go kill PAPY YOU LITTLE CRAPPERS. Now go to Waterfall. Meet Undyne. Now Flee from everything until you Find DA TEM. Kill TEM ONLY. that gives most XP. Now that you are head-on with MONSTER KID. Hit fight. Go through Undyne's Genocide battle. Should be EZ NO PROBLEM. Now go to Alphys's lab. Go past it and Grab the Pan. Flee from EVERYTHING IN HOTLAND. Except the Gay couple of Royal Guards. Go kill Muffet. Now go to The CORE. Kill EVERYTHING IN THE CORE. Now go through METTATON NEO's Door. Go kill him and go forth. Now you are in the freaky white place. The Capitol. Now Don't try and go in the elevator because Im in it. Get the Heart Locket and Real Knife. Talk with Flowey. Make him scared and Now the only thing stopping you, is ME. Ppl say Im the hardest boss in Undertale. Im really not the game is EZ AS CRAP. to fight me Have Butterscotch Pie, 3 Snowman pieces, Instant Noodles, and Dog Salads, oh and Huge amounts of DETERMINATION. Now go kill me. Kill Asgore and Flowey and Erase the World. Wait until Chara asks to give you something say yes and she says that you will give her your soul. Say YES. And thats the END OF GENOCIDE. If you really want the most XP.
In the RUINs kill the first froggit, then go to where Loox can spawn. When fighting Loox Pick on them 3 times and then kill them. Flee from anything else. Kill Toriel.

In Snowdin kill Snowdrake, the minibosses, and then go to the cave past where Gyftrot spawns. Walk around and eventually Glyde will spawn. Kill him, then leave and reenter the cave. After walking around for another few minutes Glyde will spawn again. Kill Papyrus.

In Waterfall, kill Shyren, then kill only Aaron and/or Woshua. Kill Undyne the Undying.

In Hotland, kill Muffet and don't kill anything else until you reach the CORE. I believe Knight Knight gives the most XP on death. Kill Mettaton NEO.

It doesn't matter how much XP you have after Undyne, you will be level 19 when you reach Sans no matter what.

It doesn't matter how much XP you have after Undyne, you will be level 19 when you reach Sans no matter what.

Yes, but I'm accounting for a person wanting the highest XP possible all the way up to Sans where it is arbitrarily set. Which is why I ended after killing Mettaton NEO, where it sets you to LV 19.
