Undyne's Call

Currently, I've started the pacifist route, and I didn't get the call from Undyne at the CORE bridge. What do I have to do to get the call? Any help would be appreciated.

Did you achieve the neutral ending and befriended both Papyrus and Undyne?

Beat Asgore.
You can befriend Papyrus easily but you can only befriend Undyne if you have 0 exp and have already hungout with/dated Papyrus.

You can go to Papyrus's house after his battle and hang out with him. After the Undyne fight (if you pour water on her at the end of the fight instead of leave her) then you can go to her house (close to Napstablook's house) and hang out with her and befriend her.
If you've done both of those, you need to have completed the neutral ending to get the pacifist ending. Do that (killing Asgore or Flowey doesn't affect anything) and reload your save and backtrack to the bridge before the core. There you will get the phone call and start the prerequisite for the pacifist ending.

Did you give her a glass of water after the bridge? Sadly for one of my playthroughs i didn't do this and I couldn't get the pacifist ending because of it :L

1. You just go through the game normally. If you beat a certain flower you've gotten this ending.

2. You backtrack and hangout at her house any time after her boss battle. You must also have 0 EXP (not killed anyone) and gave her the glass of water immediately after her battle.

3. You only have one SAVE file for the game. What they mean is, in order to get the call from Undyne, it is required to complete the neutral route at least once. This gives you two options. . .

i) If you killed anyone on your current playthrough you will need to select "Reset" and start an entire new playthrough where you don't kill anyone. But, you can skip fighting Asgore completely by heading back to MTT resort instead of boarding the elevator to New Home. (this is after the Mettaton EX fight when Alphys runs off after telling you that you must kill Asgore) You will get the call from Undyne just before reentering the resort (if you already befriended Undyne).

ii) You can do everything in one run by not killing anyone. Simply select "Continue" after beating Photoshop Flowey. This will put you back at your last save, before you killed Asgore or Flowey (essentially you go back in time before killing them). You will most likely be at the save point just before fighting Asgore. Instead of fighting Asgore, backtrack to MTT Resort, if you befriended Undyne you will get the call from her just before reentering the resort via the CORE.
