Managed to screw up the .ogg files

Earlier today I was trying to rip Sans' whoopee cushion sound (don't ask) and I thought opening the .ogg file in my media player would work. I then screwed up, accidentally converted all of the .ogg files to VLC, and, alas, now my game won't play any music.
What should I do? Is there a simple solution or do I have to re-install the game?

The problem is, though, my laptop now permanently recognizes .ogg as a VLC file. I think I might be able to find that out on a different board, though. Thanks for the advice, though. I'll remember it.

Another thing you can do is go onto https://cloudconvert.com/ . Just sign up, and you can probably convert those files back to .ogg files.
