What sound file plays when an encounter starts?

I need to get the name of the file for the sound that plays when an encounter starts. I've been trying to find it on google but I've been unsuccessful so far and I thought maybe you guys could help.

Have you tried checking out the local files on your computer?

My apologies if this isn't helping. I don't search for sound effects of video games very often.

It's not in the game files; probably something generated by the engine, like the dialog noises.
