Waterfall speeded up is undyine’s theme music

Nothing speeded up is Flowey’s theme music

Waterfall actually has the same melody as the Ruins. It actually shows up in quite a few songs like Respite, Don't Give Up, Spear of Justice, Battle Against a True Hero, etc.

But no, not every song in the game is based on the Ruins theme. It's just set up as a leitmotif to represent the Underground, so it appears a lot as a result.
