how to start the game after saying no to chara

help needed to play this again and i found it interesting

You need to say yes if you say no the game makes you wait another 10 minutes until Chara presents the option again.

You need to say yes if you say no the game makes you wait another 10 minutes until Chara presents the option again.

You have to quit and reload in order to reset the timer, though - just waiting after saying "No" will simply leave you in the void.

You wait for like 5-ish minutes in the void and Chara will offer a trade to get the world back, so it doesn't "leave you" in the void.

From what I've read, it does leave you in the void forever if you've already waited 10 minutes and then refused Chara's offer, and will only offer the choice again if you restart the game:

"Refusing this offer causes Chara to abandon the protagonist, only to offer the same choice again after the game is restarted and another 10 minutes elapse."

And Chara also says "Then stay here for all eternity" after the player says no to giving away their soul, which makes it sound like they won't be coming back.
