Mysterious and weird things in UNDERTALE

...soooo... ya know when you do that hang-out with Undyne? Outside of her house is the mad dummy (or A dummy), that when you interact with it, it says, "What. What? WHAT!? It's a living." I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT MEANS!!!!! Please comment if you know, if you have an idea, or you just want to comment. Oh! You can also talk about any OTHER mysteries in UNDERTALE here.

Apparently nobody remembers who Toriel is, despite her having been a pretty important historical figure. Now that is something I find somewhat mysterious.
