As far as replay-value goes, though: I should probably say neutral. It has by far the most branches; it's just that a lot of them feel pretty similar.
On a first playthrough, you're sure to get more out of either pacifist or neutral - I wouldn't have appreciated genocide nearly as much without having already played those. But once you've exhausted them, the Waterfall portion of genocide will take the longest out of any route to become tedious for me.
Edit: But yeah I agree with the other stuff, neutral is the most replayable route due to its variety and genocide could be enjoyable because it's a challenge.
That's a good point. I probably should've specified that I meant routes which are neutral from early on (i.e. meeting neither pacifist nor genocide requirements in the Ruins).
Really wanted to pick Genocide though, due to what Flowey says to you right before you fight Sans. Idk, I liked it a lot and it was my favourite bit of dialogue in the entire game.
Props to the No-Mercy playthrough though, the Undyne fight in that one is more touching than her Genocide fight imo.
edit: nvm, disregard what I said above. True Pacifist run is the best, solely because you can go back to the ruins and comfort Asriel before going to the surface.
