What is the Story with the Heart Lockets?
Hey there folks.

I noticed in a few Fan Games that Chara often wears a Heart Locket. From what I could gather from another Forum Post here, it seems like it is an actual Item in the Game.

The reason I decided to ask about it though is because I noticed that in "deltarune", Toriel is actually wearing a Heart Locket of pretty much the exact same design. So my question is, is there any sort of Lore information on the Heart Lockets? What they might represent or why they ended up with the people they did?

Just a random question. I appreciate any explanation or theories on it, Thank You in advance.

The Heart Locket is an armor item that you find in New Home along with the Worn Dagger. Both are in present boxes. Presumably the Heart Locket was a gift for either Chara or Asriel.

Cool, thank you. I was not sure if it was anything more substantial than that, but I appreciate the clarification on its background.

You can even buy one in real life if you get the collectors edition.
